Chad and Luke are brilliant plumbers. They figured out the source of our mysterious leak. No stone was left unturned, as they conducted their meticulous investigation. I also very much appreciate the time they took to explain everything they did and what they discovered. They were both super personable too! And showed up on time! I highly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed with the service technician, Rebekah, who came out to diagnose and fix our plumbing issue. Not only did she quickly identify the problem and resolve it efficiently, but she took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what she was doing every step of the way. She was patient, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with—answering questions with a smile and never making us feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and personable. Excellent service from start to finish.

I just had a new furnace and A/C unit installed by Honest. I am extremely happy with the entire experience, from sales through installation. Daniel, the sales tech was very clear and did a great job explaining the issues with my old system. The price for the new unit was very fair, and the installation was scheduled for only 3 days after I accepted the offer. Juan and Andy, the installers, were professional, friendly, and very good at their jobs. They were eager to answer questions and explain what they were doing. Their installation was really well done, neat and tidy (nothing like the mess left behind by our builder's crew when the original system was put in.) Great experience! We booked our appointment late Friday night through their online scheduling system after our on demand hot water heater stopped working (of course right before an ice storm). We were given a 4 hour window and 30 minute into the window time we received a call that Rebekah was on their way. Rebekah was friendly and knowledgeable. Rebekah was quickly able to identify the issue. We appreciate the great customer service and seamless process Honest Plumbing provided.

Honest lives up to its name. They explain everything they do and in non-tech speak I bought A/C unit from Honest and they arranged 7 yrs financing with no interest. Get sure to buy their annual service plan. Good service and appreciate their customers.
