Honest Construction N Action recently replaced my garbage disposal through Choice Warranty, and the experience was great. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and completed the installation efficiently. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the work area was left clean afterward. I appreciated their professionalism and prompt service—highly recommend them for any home repair needs.

Patrick was assigned by Choice Warranty and was efficient, polite and thorough. He explained everything he was doing. I would hire him again in a minute. The warranty company doesn't always make things clear to us so don't blame the technician if he's unable to complete the work. The warranty company holds the reigns there.

My garbage disposal started leaking. I contacted Choice Warranty and Patrick from Honest Construction N Action showed up. He was very polite, knowledgable and replaced by disposal in a timeley manner and was theral in cleaning up afterwards. I would call on him anytime that I need repairs or replacements. They literally have NO CLUE what they’re doing. Choice Home Warranty sent them out for a running toilet twice. Still wasn’t fixed after he left. Last time I needed a simple drain snaked. This guy tells me and the warranty company he needs access to the ROOF, so of course CHW denied it. Therefore I had to come out of pocket to get Rooter to snake it and the warranty company wouldn’t refund the whole amount. I have a new claim now that “Honest construction “ picked up and I called my warranty company IMMEDIATELY and told them they better not send this guy!

This company is garbage. I had a terrible experience last week with the technician, who was completely unprofessional. He arrived at 10:00 AM, even though he was scheduled to be there between 7:00 and 11:00 AM. He left, saying he'd be back at 3:00 PM, but didn't return until 5:30 PM. Then he left again, came back at 8:00 PM, and finally finished at 9:00 PM. I paid him extra because supposedly the keys have two locks, one with a key and the other manual. He was anything but professional. Four days later, the locks have already come loose, the screws are loose, and the holes in my doors are much larger. This company is awful. I contacted the company that sent them, Choice Home Warranty, and they can't do anything either. This needs to be said so that companies like this take responsibility f
