Hoosier Carpet Outlet

I used Hoosier Carpet to install new carpet in my house. I worked with Roger for most of the process and he was great to work with. They did a good job installing the carpet. There were some minor issues after installation and I was told to let the carpet settle for a few weeks and that they warranty their labor. After several weeks there was still an issue. They sent people out to fix the issue as soon as my schedule allowed. They honored their warranty and worked with me until the issue was resolved. They offer a great price for a quality product and they stand behind what they sell. The only criticism I can give is that the installers seemed rushed. They made sure I was happy in the end, so it's a minor issue. Overall, I would recommend Hoosier Carpet Outlet.

Good pricing and wide selection with nice staff. Overall would recommend. My only advice is to move your furniture yourself instead of their team. After reviewing the install, we had extensive damage to one of our dressers, large/deep scratches in wood trim and doors, charging cable cut entirely, drywall damage, and some flooring damage. I appreciate their work and the carpet looks great, but I wish their team would slow down a bit. What was scheduled as a two day job was rushed into a single day, so maybe my experience is not common.

I will always buy my flooring from Hoosier Carpet… the best place for price and service! I had carpet done and a lot of laminate done and the product was of great quality and the installation and installers were PERFECT! I can’t rave enough about how PERFECT the installers are… showed up on time and did a fantastic job! Thank you Hoosier Carpet!!!

I highly recommend Indy Carpet outlet for your carpet needs. We have dealt with them twice now and have had very good experiences both times. Very knowledgeable and professional yet friendly. Great prices and installation was done right and on time. We will definitely use them again for our future flooring needs.

I've never bought or looked at carpet before. I walked in blind and the guys at HC were amazing. They explained the kind of carpet I would need (for kids and dog, high traffic, etc), showed me different ranges, colors, thickness, everything... And they explained things each step of the way where I felt fully informed. Came and measured my house and explained the install process too! It was an amazing first experience. They came highly recommended from my friends and family, and I would highly recommend them as well! You won't be disappointed!
