Fast, Friendly, Clean, & Affordable! Ben Knorr and his team are true professionals. Hot Knorr Cold replaced my water heater in November 2022. He was cheaper than other quotes I received and was able to do it sooner. In July of 2024, my 19 year old air conditioner finally needed to be replaced. Ben and three of his team members showed up at 9:00 AM to replace my heater and air conditioner. I also wanted my air conditioner moved from the back of the house to the side of my house. He and his guys were able to do all of this, and they were done before noon. The new air conditioning unit is much more powerful than my original, and the house is much cooler now. I found Hot Knorr Cold to be significantly more affordable than other companies I contacted for both of these jobs. Ben also followed

Ben the owner was very responsive. We needed a new HVAC and our HOA is very picky. We were trying to go through a company we’ve used for plumbing. When they failed to listen or even work with our HOA, we asked for a reference and our HOA said “only Hotknorrcold”. Our jaws were on the floor in disbelief that his pricing was 6,000 less than the first company and thought it was too good too be true. However, his team and him got the HVAC installed 2 days later and within 3 hours! It’s working beautifully and we couldn’t be happier! Will be constantly referring this company!

Over the years I had issues with my air conditioner and furnace. It is just so hard to determine who is really good and honest and who is not. We lost our A/C during the recent hot spell. Contacted Ben and had several questions regarding replacement. He answered all my questions and provided me with a very reasonable estimate and quick time to replace my broken system. Then it got even better! He kept me updated with each step of the process. My AC died during August, during one of the hottest stretches of the year. I left a message on Hot Knorr Cold's website and had an email back extremely quickly from Ben, the owner. He texted with me and got on the phone to try to understand the issue and explain options. Ben answered my questions, explored options for tax credits, helped me find the best system for me, and in the end after multiple hours of communications we had a unit picked out. Ben and his crew came out and did a fantastic job on the installation. They are clean, skilled, professional, and fast. I couldn't be happier with my system and with my interactions with Hot Knorr Cold. There's no pressure to get something that doesn't fit your house.
