The two technicians that came were great. Very knowledgeable and knew what to do. They were able to locate the sprinkler box. It’s been missing under a rock flower bed and Got the valve replaced to turn off that zone within about an hour and a half. Would highly recommend and we’ll use them again.!

Terrible. We hired them to fix broken pipes and replace a sprinkler head. - They incorrectly placed the new sprinkler head, and it took three visits for them to finally put it in the original location (see picture, the original sprinkler was centered, but this is where they put it?) - The day after their third visit, the initial pipe leak persisted, and the newly replaced sprinkler head broke, spraying water like a geyser (see picture) - When I called for a fourth time, their solution was for me to take time off work to supervise the repair. Unacceptable. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I'd get a call within an hour, but 5 hours later, I've heard nothing. This company failed to fix the initial problems and created new headaches.

We had 1/2 a zone that wasn’t working we had them come out to check out the problem . They said it was either a clog in the line or a broken pipe and gave us an estimate of 1,900 ish to fix the problem. Seemed a bit high so I said no thank you . I took off the sprinkler heads that weren’t working past the one that was and used our air compressor to blow air through the line cleaned all the screens and heads put it back together. Guess what it works perfectly. I’m not sure what they were going to do all the estimate says is rework the sprinklers … still was charged the 75 dollars to our home warranty company for a fix I did myself. Guess next time I’ll try first and do a 30 minute fix myself. Now I’m wondering if they overcharged me last year as well for a fix they did at that time . I actu

After Hot Shot winterized our sprinkler system, the sprinklers were left leaking. No one was living in the home at the time, and the issue went unnoticed until we received a water bill totaling $988.00. It ultimately took approximately one week for your team to determine how to properly shut the system off, during which time the sprinklers continued leaking for roughly five days. This situation occurred solely as a result of the sprinkler system not being turned off or winterized correctly. The home was vacant, and there was no other usage that would explain this excessive water consumption.

When you have a small job that needs done quickly it is almost impossible to get the work done and have it done right. Few sprinkler companies even answer the phone and then when they find out it’s a small job they say they will get back to you tomorrow or next week. HOWEVER , HOT SHOTS SPRINKLERS answered the phone, scheduled the appointment for the next day, showed up on time, fixed the problem and were friendly and competent! I love doing business with people like that. I absolutely will call them again!!
