I have been doing business with Howard Carpenter for 30+ years. I do design work and you can not find a better knowledgeable staff. They always come thru, no matter the size of the job. The customer ALWAYS comes first. Part of their appeal are that many of installers have worked for them, 20+ years, they are true craftsman. The subs take pride in their work and they want it done right the first time. I can not recommend Howard-Carpenter Floor Covering enough. They truly have become apart of a great work family & I wouldn’t use any other company. My customers are always pleased with the outcomes when using Howard Carpenter Floor Covering is involved.

Howard Carpenter Flooring has done multiple flooring jobs including carpet, hardwood and tile for us and all have turned out fantastic. Floors look great and they get it done when they say.

I used them for 25 years, and there is not enough words about them how great people they really are, they are so good with their idea , scheduled , materials and most important being honest I seriously recommend them to everyone.

Their work is average, but I cannot compare them to other flooring companies for quality of work or price as my install was covered by insurance.  I can say without question that if you have an issue after install, good luck getting any response from Josh Howard or even the owner of the company Harry Howard.  I have tried for 3 1/2 weeks and neither of them have returned calls or emails to help address a small warranty issue with the flooring that they sold and installed.  Not a good business practice at all!  You can buy flooring anywhere, but you can't buy customer service.
