These guys are awesome! Lisander was the technician. He was such a great guy. He did exactly what we needed, and he even warned us about another issue that might come up in the future. He wasn’t pushing us to fix it right away, though. He really took his time and made sure everything was done right. We’re going to schedule the other repairs at a different time, but we’re hoping to get Lisander back out to fix them. Thanks so much for a great job! 👏

I just wanted to leave a 5 ⭐️ review for the tech (William Johnson) and company!! The company went out of the way to get a tech to us when our AC was out (DURING THE HEAT WAVE) and I know they were slammed (10 hr days), even though we were scheduled for regular maintenance service the following day. The star of the show was William! He efficiently diagnosed the system and detected the issue. William repaired the broken part and we were able to have our AC working promptly. Not only was he able to accomplish that task but he stayed a little extra at the end of his long day and went ahead and completed tomorrow’s maintenance. Sage and Hector responded timely to an AC malfunction at a property I was renting. They were professional, friendly and immediately identified and fixed the problem with my AC unit.

Our 13,000 plus air conditioner has only been installed for 3 weeks. The first 90 degree day it completely stopped working. We have called 4 times with no return calls. We talked to some outsourced answering service that did nothing to help our emergency situation. So, if you have a choice don’t use this company. They charge way to much for bad installation and a bad product. By the way, it was a Trane Air Conditioner.

Dominic Williams came in to do our heating and AC maintenance and did an outstanding job!! He did a thorough job and was very professional and great communication!
