I want to just say thank you for keeping the power going strong through all this terrible cold weather! Where we moved from most little storms knocked power out and you had days sometimes without power! I always see your crews out clearing trees and debris from your right of ways to help keep the lights on! From my large family we want to say thank you for all you do to keep us warm!

They will come on your property with no warning! There was no emergency, no power outage. Nothing!! I was out of town and my neighbor told me. Then when I called them to ask, no one could even tell me who was on my property or why! They installed new wires and a substation and just drove right in pst my gate. No warning! Nothing !

I have been on howell Oregon electric since 1980 and thunk they're one of the worst electric co-ops in missouri. I have been out of power every year for several days since 1980. Every year! The power goes out so much I actually had to replace digetal alarm clocks, and coffee makers from having to reset them constantly. I'm not joking. I say one of the problems is my location which is west of Bryant creek in Ozark County. On a bad flood high water takes out power line poles above sycamore. I realize to replace these poles that gets destroyed by high water conditions have to be right to keep from getting equipment stuck, and safety concerns. But this happens every time. It's time to try something different don't you think? How about changing location of poles where it crosses the creek? O

Unfortunately the only electric place in town. Terrible customer service and disgusting attitudes. Very rude, condescending definitely not Christians :( it’s also extremely strange how they charged $500/month for our bills in the winter and nearly the entire list of their clients experienced the same issue. Oh then it went back to normal after those months They’ve been turned in for city audit and had a petition against them for the audit. There is no excuse for the hike in those winter months. None. Something is definitely strange.
