I had my Log cabin stained and sealed this week by Hub Chan. I've known Hub for over 20 years. He was 17 when he became friends with my children. He has worked hard to build a superior construction /remodeling company. His dedication to the quality and craftsmanship of the work done is flawless. What also made this job like a breath of fresh air was his crew, they were so professional and pleasant. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. I would recommend him for any jobs you need done. He does residential and commercial work at some of the best pricing with the best quality in craftsmanship. Hub Chan and his crew did a fabulous job with my downstairs remodel. They took my very dated kitchen/dining room and brought my vision to life. Not only did they reconfigure the area, they also added lights, windows, mouldings, new floors, and fresh paint to the rest of the downstairs. After the weather cleared they were able to extend my stamped concrete patio, re-plant landscaping and add a French drain to my backyard. The workers are very courteous and clean up after their work day. I couldn't be happier with the changes to my home. Thanks Hub and crew for the great work!

Great company with fantastic employees! Fair pricing with QUALITY work. What would have taken me probably 2 years to do was completed in less than 48 hours. 3 Seasons room converted to an all seasons room. Installed a heater from Hubs recommendation on what to use. With out that I didn’t know what to do. I highly recommended anyone looking to have remodeling done to reach out to HubChanRemodeling!

I’ve used HUB CHAN REMODELING for multiple different projects in different homes . From bathroom to ceiling fans to roofing. Him and his team are always professional. Quick to respond and schedule any service I may need. If there ends up being more work than necessary, because of any unforeseen issues during renovation . He will explain and give you options to resolve the problem. Attached are photos his team sent me of one of the unforeseen issues, the wood rotting on my garage roof under the old shingles.
