Huber Sprinkler Service, Inc.

This is a great small business to work with in the Minot area. They can handle all of your sprinkler/irrigation needs and work hard to accommodate you even when extremely busy. I will be using Huber Sprinkler Services for all of my irrigation needs and I appreciate what there services.

I called this company to fix my sprinkler system. They called back 2 days after I called them originally (their busy, that's fine, at least they called back). He came out and looked at the system that day. My roommate had to be the person there as I was working. He told my roommate there was a part he had to order and that he would call ME and let me know. He never called me, but so I left a message. I then gave him 3 weeks and tried contacting him again. I have now left 4 voicemails in the last 2 weeks (5 weeks since original call) and have received NO response. A simple courtesy call is more than enough. Hire someone to take calls part time or something! Worst costomer service I've seen in a long time.

This business is just plain frustrating to work with. I have also spoken with other people he has installed sprinkler systems for and they all say the same thing. He will not and does not answer phone calls for service but after many attempts finally gets around to it.
