This review is long overdue. These guys are AMAZING! Justin, Pat, Miguel Sr., Miguel Jr., Steve (I hope I didn’t leave anyone out) did exactly what they set out to do. Justin made all the paperwork seamless. He printed the scope and we talked about options. Their company, Hughesco of Rochester, was willing to work out a date to come and do the insulation/updates, as we were renovating the upstairs and putting up drywall. They told us exactly when would be the best time for them to come and do the job. Pat, on the other hand, is a very knowledgeable contractor. Excellent experience working with Evan at Hughesco! Evan guided the process with knowledge and skill. I’d rate 10 stars, if possible. The level of support was everything a customer seeks and needs. All questions were answered. Any concerns quickly resolved. Through Evan’s guidance, we were able to proceed with the NYSERDA’s electrical upgrade and heat pump dryer incentive, smoothly. It made an otherwise daunting and confusing process understandable and possible. So happy and highly recommend!!
