My wife and I were wonderfully taken care of by this company before the current cold weather began when they replaced our HVAC system on January 15. Alex did a thorough diagnostic visit three days earlier and Jason came to our home the next day to discuss our options. He was very knowledgeable, professional, congenial, and patient in answering all our questions. He provided a quote which was very reasonable. Sam and James did a superb installation in less than four hours and Jason came by again shortly after the work began. Our experience with this company has been great from from the initial phone contacts with Angela and Andrew to completion of the work. We highly recommend this company without reservation!

When my 83 year old mother and I had our heating unit break, the day before our big snow and freezing temperatures, the first place I called was Humphreys heating and air. They had a technician at our house within 30 minutes. I’ve never been so satisfied with the whole process, most of all, getting the help we needed in such a short notice and with it freezing outside. Great people, great staff, they really cared and made us feel like one of the family. Insurance company wanted us to use another company and they wanted to charge 11,900.00. Humphreys cost for a new unit, parts and labor was half that. We received high quality work, friendly and knowledgeable staff in a timely manner. From start to finish, Jason and his team were wonderful. When doing the estimate, Jason seemed very knowledgeable and we were at ease with him. The gentlemen that put our new unit in were professional and worked in a timely matter. We have no complaints..

We are super appreciative of Jason! We met with several companies to get a quote and Jason at Humphrey was the only one who took their time to look at everything (even some gas lines out of code) and explain what they were doing. The technicians were great and treated our home like their own. The vent work in the ceiling was done well, and doesn’t look like they were added. W have already recommended them to our neighbors. Jessica and her team were amazing. We had a plumbing issue and they came out after hours to fix the problem. Unfortunately they were not able to fix it completely that night but they got us to where we could use our plumbing and they were back out first thing in the morning to solve the problem. They were in contact with us every step of the way. She even reached back out to make sure we were happy and everything was working perfectly. I would definitely recommend that you contact her if you ever have any issues. Her and her team were extremely friendly and cleaned up everything as if they were never here. They also took the extra step to put down pet safe lime in the yard to kill any bacteria.
