Hutto - TX

Hutto is a great city to do business in. However, the city forces you to do business with Clawson Disposal and doesn't provide an intermediary within the city government to handle unresolved issues. Clawson is not a very customer centric company and there's much to be desired from their customer service people. This is because Hutto gives Clawson free reign over your trash disposal w/o oversight. I live in Pflugerville and they deal with the trash disposal vendor directly, w/o me (how wonderful!). I need a couch picked up, I call The City of Pflugerville and the deed is done. However, The City of Hutto makes you deal with Clawson directly, even though the city is contracted with Clawson (not me) and has more authority to remedy customer issues.
