Hydro-Air Duct

Our variable-speed system was stuck in low mode—house lukewarm on cold nights, thermostat always demanding more. Dirty blower wheel unbalanced, restricted returns starving capacity. Cleaned wheel, balanced it, opened ducts. High speed engages properly now, house warms fast and evenly, no more cold corners, quieter overall.

I had reserved time with this company to come and clean my HVAC ducts based on the reviews and discussion with the company. Come the day, another company shows up in a old van with the tools and said I hired them. I called the company and asked who are these people as I did not hire this company. After some discussions amongst the company, it looks like they hired a subcontracting company from gauthersburg. I can tell you, the work they did was fine, but it was not the best quality work and the team did look like a mom and pop shop. I will overall not again go with Hydro-Aire as they should have indicated that they are not available / or dont do their own jobs ( which the lady said who took my appointment they do ) and send subcontracting companies. I would have hired a mom-n-pop shop had

You don't know how much cleaner air ducts effect everything else until they're installed. My HVAC system works better, my house smells better, and I feel better knowing it's healthier now.

I needed a new thermostat installed, and this company did a great job. The technician was knowledgeable and helped me choose a smart thermostat that would work with my system. He installed it quickly and showed me how to program it. He also connected it to my Wi-Fi and helped me set up the app. The price was fair, and the work was done neatly. I am loving the new thermostat and the energy savings. The technician was also very friendly and helpful.
