Chris M came out for leak detection and immediately found the leak in our yard. He also checked the rest of the yard and inside the house. Marked the spot and called the plumber for me to give them a detailed description of my issue. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the service provided by HydroScout regarding the leak detection performed at my home. I hired HydroScout to locate a water leak in a copper line beneath the slab near my kitchen. Your technician indicated that the leak could be located within approximately 18 inches using your acoustic detection equipment. Based on this assurance, I authorized a plumber to cut through my slab and tile at the marked location. Unfortunately, the actual leak was approximately three feet away from where it was identified, resulting in unnecessary damage, additional labor, and repair costs. More concerning is what occurred during the testing process. The technician disconnected the cold-water supply to my toilet and pressurized the line

Homeowners-Do Not use this company solely based off of the unprofessional office management. Tech came on Sept 22, sent invoice same day by email and I have returned in town going bring a check to the office and they have turned my account over to collections for $425 for service call on pool with no repair within two weeks ! So to receive a debt collector letter on October 8 is appalling to me! I pay all bills promptly and just because I work during the day and did not get there harassing phone calls for payment they turned it over in less than 3 weeks !!
