Exceptional service. After multiple failed attempts by LG to find a reputable local appliance repair company for my dryer throwing a D80 error code, Hyssong was recommended to me by another appliance repair company (Mid Maryland Appliance Repair, also great!) because they work with LG as an authorized repair company. The owner of the company reached out via her personal cell and got me on the books two days after the initial request from LG was sent over. The repair technician, Chris, was extremely nice and took the time to diagnose my issue after listening to my concerns over the phone and in person. I cannot say enough good things about this company. When first making the call, I immediately got a call back from Kati Who is knowledgeable, comfortable to talk to, and professional. Dan came right out and diagnosed my problem immediately and came right back with a part literally within two days. I had such an exceptional experience here. Just very knowledgeable and very professional and very fast! They even offered me a loaner fridge which was just so nice. What a wonderful company

Hyssong Appliance is very busy because they’re very good. While it did take a fortnight from my initial call to someone coming out for an appointment, Katie was great at keeping me updated for when someone could come out. My repair technician Dan showed up on time, was very nice, had all the parts he needed, and fixed the unit in about an hour for less than the low end of what I was quoted. I really hope nothing else in my house breaks but if it does, I’m absolutely calling Hyssong again.

From the initial call to the completed repair, Hyssong Appliance Center is excellent. After using them for a second project in a year, their service remains superior. The technician was personable and professional, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions with patience. They arrived on time, were respectful of my home, and fixed my Refrigerator, and later my Gas Dryer, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of appliance repair.
