I bought a washer and dryer from this small family owned business for a very reasonable price and they were able to install it for me. Yesterday my dryer unfortunately died on me, but I called them up and they were able to send their son to repair it within a day and even give me a general servicing (vent cleaning, replace old fuses, etc) for me for a very reasonable price as well! The family that work here are very nice people and I genuinely appreciate the services they offer. If anyone needs appliances, this is a great place to go! :)

Our rental company has used James at I Got It Furniture & Used Appliances for the past couple years. He is always quick to respond and has good options in stock. There have been a couple times where he made additional trips to make sure everything was working properly and tenants were happy. His delivery is always prompt. Great service and easy to work with.

I bought a refrigerator from them years ago, it’s still working. BUT the best part is the first fridge they sold me broke down in two months! (30 days is the usual return policy for most stores). They came back and got the broken fridge and swapped it for the one they used in the store for their lunches, etc. THATS showing an incredible integrity.

My dryer died the week before Christmas. I found a couple of used ones listed on Facebook Marketplace, and it turns out they were at the I Got It shop. They had a great selection for being such a small shop. I got a nice Whirlpool just a year or 2 old for about half the price of new, and for a nominal fee they delivered it THE SAME DAY, installed it, and removed and hauled away the old one. I had a small problem with the dryer not heating enough at first (over the weekend, naturally). Since we have owned dryers for many years, we realized it might be due to a constricted dryer vent pipe. My husband pulled it out, and found the aluminum flex pipe was crushed. He was able to spread it back out to the original size, then was careful when pushing the dryer back in. Voila, it heated up n

They came and did a great job installing the dryer and even help me replace an electrical outlet that was bad. I was so very impressed with their attention to the details to get things fixed so we had to drive at our house.
