They installed our tile in our brand new construction house in August of 2024 and by June 2025 we have had to have the entire master bathroom floor replaced as well as the master shower floor replaced. The remodeling contractor said it was the easiest demo he's ever had because the tile was barely attached to the underlayment and came up in whole pieces. There was still trowel marks on the underlayment and the tile had not been pressed into the underlayment. There was a corner in the bathroom floor that the sub flooring was visible as there was no underlayment put on it so the tile corner was hanging over nothing. The grout was breaking apart all over the floor. The shower floor had seams because they put identical pieces pressed against each other. You could actually hear the tile crackli

Idlewood Interior is the worst flooring company I have ever encountered. The laminate they installed is wavy and uneven. Despite numerous attempts, they ignored our warranty claims. When a representative finally came, he dismissed the poor installation as normal. Our builder, JR Homes, known for low-quality construction and failing to honor warranties, chose Idlewood Interior. Their poor construction standards are a perfect match. I strongly advise against using Idlewood Interior for any flooring needs.

Great Company to work with. Since Dean is no longer working there, My quote and installation went through smoothly and without any problems. Need a quote and someone that will actually be able to help you out. I would highly recommend Calling them and asking for Fredy he is the one that assisted me on my project.

Had a leak from my shower that flooded my closet. Idlewild is whom the builder (JR Homes) used for the flooring. My wife reached out to them and began communicating with Dean. After speaking with Dean, an agreement was made to do the work. Dean was supposed to send over a invoice for payment and to call to collect payment. The invoice was blank so my wife elected to wait until he called. 4 days later he still haven't called so she reached out to him and made payment with the appointment time set. No call no show. Called the company to resolve the situation but their meaning of compensation is them coming to do the job they were paid to do. I elected for a refund because if they don't value your time or has this type.of business acumen I don't want to give you my hard earned money.

I had an amazing experience with Idlewood Interiors, despite seeing some negative reviews. We wanted to match our 12-year-old hardwood floors with new ones in three bedrooms. Fredy was incredibly communicative, responsive, and thorough. He educated us on the necessary installation steps that other companies missed, which would have left our project incomplete. Fredy coordinated everything promptly, and the installers were professional and punctual. Fredy is fantastic to work with and truly cares about his customers.
