IFC Roofing

We just had our roof replaced by IFC. We are so thrilled with the new roof, and it was a pleasure to work with John and this company! The process took over 7 months since State Farm refused our claim multiple times. John walked us through the entire process, explained everything, every step of the way, and worked with us through several rounds of assessments with different appraisers, and the umpire process. Pricing was straight forward, once everything was finally approved worked started right away-only took two days, they protected everything, and picked up everything. Not a single rouge nail, piece of trash, or anything-they left our place spotless! We cannot recommend IFC, John Merrifield and his team highly enough!

IFC Roofing is an articulate roofing company and work with absolute integrity and use the best products on the roof. I was helped by Stetson who is really great in the work he does and was able to explain me the entire process of how the claim filing works and more importantly the details of the replacement roof shingles to be installed on my home. He never upsold anything to me nor tried to loot me even for a penny. The best part I liked about IFC roofing is that, when they inspect the roof of my home for potential damage from prior hailstorms, they were able to pinpoint accurate areas which needed immediate shingles replacement and also at the same time pinpointed areas which could wait before they can be replaced and that integrity and work ethic I liked the most about this company. We called IFC to check out water damage on our ceiling, and they came out the next day. The technician was extremely professional, quickly identified the source of the leak, and even caulked the area at no charge. Honest, efficient, and easy to work with — I highly recommend them!

My experience with IFC Roofing was exceptional, especially with the project manager, Tyler Thomson. He walked me through the whole process, answering my questions and providing updates as the roof replacement process was ongoing. He also worked closely with my insurance company’s claims adjuster in the roof inspection, modifications to the claim, and documenting all the work done,.There was one small leak, but Tyler had his people quickly repair the leak, test the repair, and repair the damage it caused to our satisfaction. We were so impressed with quality of the work done by IFC that we also contracted with them to replace our fence and perform extensive repairs on the house trim.
