I gave it 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. I noticed a $1000 charge on my debit card this past Friday with IMI Lexington being the charge. I had to wait til today(Monday) to call and verify this was actually the place. They informed me it was and that they had taken payment with my debit card. The kicker is...they would not tell me where the service was performed, nor would they stop the charge to my card even after they were made aware of it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING SOMEONE ELSE for your particular needs in this area. Litigation will be forth coming.

The only time that I used Congleton (at the recommendation of my finisher) the driver hit a stone wall that bordered my parking area and destroyed about a six foot section. When I notified the company they denied culpability and refused to repair it because there was no eye witness. If you are going to use them it would be in your best interest to have someone watching them at all time and to document the condition of your property before they arrive.
