Highly recommended! The three things I prioritize when hiring out work on our house: clear communication, detailed contract and accurate time management. The team at Imperial College exceeded my expectations. Due to the age of our home, we knew there would be some underlying issues when replacing our vinyl siding and gutters. The initial meeting to discuss the scope of work was both professional and informative. Their quote came in very similarly to other larger companies I also met with; however, they provided more detail than most others and had a much faster completion time. Imperial Building and Roofing did a fantastic job replacing our roof. I had a detailed estimate within hours of first calling and the roof was completely installed within two days. In addition to the roof, the job included reworking our soffit vents, that had not been providing needed ventilation. The crew was professional, efficient, and meticulous. They carefully moved patio furniture, flower pots, and other yard and deck items, and when the job was finished, replaced everything perfectly. Our new roof looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Great company, highly recommend.

Imperial did a fantastic job on our metal and asphalt shingle roof at a reasonable price. Mikhail is knowledgeable and responded quickly to all our questions. The crew started on schedule, did a high quality installation and a thorough clean up. We have hired several roofing companies over the years and Imperial is by far the best.

We had a great experience with Imperial several years ago when a roof was needed, so we hired them again for new siding/trim/gutters/soffits/insulation. There were no high-pressure sales techniques. High quality materials were used, and the crew was exceptional in their skill, work ethic and teamwork. Unexpected underlying repairs were needed and completed. The house looks beautiful and we're very impressed with both the process and results.

Imperial did a fantastic job putting a new roof on our house including baffles and insulation. They Identified areas of concern beyond scope of work including some rotted boards. Sent a quote and pictures for me to approve then seamlessly did the repairs. They were very professional and I would recommend them if you need to improve your home.
