Locked myself out of my apartment and gave the shop a call. Richard had me in my front door within 30 minutes from my phone call! And such a nice guy. Happy to support this local small business- in spite of my own annoying mistake. I’ll be using them for all my key and security needs from now on!

Stumbled upon this place while working making a delivery next door. Needed a spare key made to avoid a cab lockout on a Freightliner box truck. Doesn't look good to management when a route needs to be completed & your locked out of a work truck. These guys had me in & out within 10 minutes with copies made. Thanks for your service gentlemen, you're very much appreciated!

Mike came this morning as scheduled and fixed our issue promptly. He did not need to replace any parts so we were charged fairly for labor and a service call. Would highly recommend- he was very professional and courteous and honest! Thank you Industrial Lock and Security!

Pat was extremely helpful. I could not believe the dealer wanted to charge me $200 for a new key, but I bought it online for $16 and Pat cut the shape for just $2. I programmed them myself (very easy) and I thought I was all done. Unfortunately, when you program a remote to unlock doors, it does not also program the ignition. I went back into the store to ask for help, and they looked up the info and told me exactly how to program the ignition for free. This place is great! They understand we all need help, and they are willing and able. I am very pleased and I will be bringing my future business back to them!
