Stephen Radl Painting

We live in a small condominium complex in El Segundo. It was in desperate need of EVERYTHING! Stucco, trim, roof, fences, decks, signage, electrical, walkways, EVERYTHING! After getting several estimates, we decided on Stephen Rail and his team, and are so glad we did? They walked us through every step of the project, from color selection to roof repair. The team was here on time at the job every day, setting up early to be ready to start work by 8am. Every night they cleaned up, put everything away, locked everything up. Unrelated to the painting, we had a water leak which required the plumber to tear into the exterior stucco. At no additional cost, this work was completed. I bought new exterior fixtures (door knobs and hinges) which they replaced for me at no additional cost. I

Steve Radl and his team are fantastic. They came in like locusts, surveyed what we needed, helped us noodle through the complexity of decades of environmental wear, and patiently helped us pick the right colors (no easy task, btw). When it came to execution, they lovingly filled in the cracks in the stucco (too many to count), applied primer (several layers), painted the house (multi-color), fixed things that weren't even in the contract (rot from years of water exposure), and turned an eyesore into a structure straight out of a Disney fantasy movie. It literally looks like a delicious ice cream cake. Not to overextend the metaphor, but it also resembles a beautiful Gaudí building in Barcelona—only with painted stucco. We couldn't be happier.
