I wasn’t going to add a review until we were placed in a life-threatening situation because of this company. They replaced our gas line and added new fittings to our wall heaters and hot water heater. They refused to light one heater because of carbon build-up. Understandable. But then because it got chilly, we lit the other heater. We kept smelling gas. It’s like the gas would gather in two rooms. We called another company to replace the old heater and told him about the gas smell. He investigated and found the connection to the good heater was barely twisted on. There was a gas leak at the connection. We’d kept the pilot on for a few days. The leaking gas could have caused a fatal, explosive accident. I also didn’t like that they didn’t give us an itemized bill. We researched the

First, their ad says they are in Pampa, they are not, they are in Amarillo which cost more travel! Secondly, they give a “flat rate” without an itemized receipt. Thirdly, they made us sign a contract and then pay 2/3’s of the estimate. Before they get the inspection, they made us pay the balance! I researched all the parts used, added $85 an hour labor, and travel expenses. They CLEARED over $7,000 on a 3 day job. It’s a father son team, the son does 80% of the work while the dad talks. What was an 8 hour job, took 16 hours because the dad did very little work. Most of the work was done after 3:00 pm until 9:00 or 10:00 pm! The work was well done, but WAY over priced!

Wanted 425 to unclog a bathtub. Over estimates work and tells you things need to be done that don’t instead of just doing the simple job there asked to. Would not recommend. 325 to change faucet when I supply the faucet but will take your 150 and not do any work I’ll pass. Hope this review helps someone else.

I was charged $200 for them to give me an estimate. Had I known they'd charge for an estimate, I would have looked elsewhere.... We work hard for our money, makes me sick to my stomach that they weren't here even half an hour. (most plumbers give free estimates)
