Inline Irrigation & Snow Removal

Sadly this company sent a trainee to waste 8 hours, without proper equipment or know-how. Finally the owner shows up and finishes the job. Now the job is done but the bill is huge. What would have been a $500-600 job is $1100. I have called this company numerous times and the owner does not call back but his reception person Flo thinks taking $100 off was a compromise.

They didn’t do the repairs that were requested. Said they did but had to come back twice. Then now that it’s freezing they forgot to turn the well pump off. Now at 27 degrees for a few days the pipe burst and said someone else did it ! Who else was working on the system. Had them for about 15 years. Never again!

I had a appointment window from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm, at 5:59 they called to say they were not coming. It was rescheduled for two days later. They were a no call no show. . I definitely would not recommend !! Very unprofessional. !!!! I will be spending my hard earned money elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks In-line !!!!!

System hasn't worked properly since installed. Made appointments for repairs that were no shows. Made appointment for end of season blow out and repairs. Also a no show. Never get any return phone calls either. Save your money and do not use this company.

I used this company for years to turn my irrigation system off and on. This past Spring, when they went to blow out irrigation system, they found the cup link and tee, which are two small pieces of plastic costing a total of $4 were broken and had to be replaced. Replacing it amounted to no more than twisted off old and replacing with new ones. The guy who was going to fix it, left to buy replacement pieces, and within 1/2 hour was back , fixed it and left. I then got a bill for 3 hours of work @$45 an hour=$135, + $4 for replacement tee and cup , +$45 to turn sprinklers on, + $26 to install new cup and tee, for a total of $224.38!! I will NEVDER use this company again. They lost a good and loyal customer.
