Innovation Center Parking Garage

Truly HUGE parking garage! Barely used. Has lighting at lights via motion sensing all the way to the 8th floor roof (with trees). One metro stop from Dulles Airport. Bet this underused parking is next on the list for multi-day parking - close to IAD and just flat $4.95 fee per exit - free exit on Sat/Sun!

There wasn't much info about parking @ innovation so here you go: the garage has multiple levels and from what I saw on a Friday, it was very easy to park on the ground floor without having to go further up the structure. You do need to leave the garage and walk to the metro stop. After leaving the garage on foot, signs will direct you up an escalator and then will need to use the overpass to walk over the toll road. Once across, escalators take you back down to track level where you catch your train. Payment: There are no payment kiosks. You pay as you exit the garage using a machine at the exit. One flat fee for the day no matter how long you park there. $4.55 on a Friday. You can supposedly pay with a credit card at the gate (it wouldn't accept mine) or pay with your metro card. There

The garage is pretty clean but perhaps that’s because it’s still new. There are plenty of levels in the garage but those turns are pretty narrow. There are plenty of EV charging stations as well but I have no idea if you have to pay to charge. The one thing I wish they had was oversized vehicle parking spots for those with the bigger trucks. Depending on where the big trucks park, they don’t have a choice but to block an extra spot.
