I had a great experience replacing our old HVAC system with Innovative Comfort Systems. Tim was easy to schedule to review our needs, and worked with me to develop a proposal for a system that would be a good upgrade. The installers, Kenton and Jack, were meticulous in their work and their care for our home. Tim inspected the system after it was installed, and walked us through the electrical inspections that would follow on, etc. The overall price was very competitive, and we are very happy with the new system. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Worked with Tim to install a Mitsubishi ducted heatpump system upgrade in a 100 year old house I recently purchased. His crew was great to work with and finished the all of work within 1 day. They were flexible to make the system fit into the tight space available and gave great tips on keeping the system running well for years to come. I would HIGHLY recommend Tim and the crew at Innovation Comfort Systems!

I wrote a review for Jason's company about 4 years ago following an emergency he bailed me out of the day before Thanksgiving, and I have to add another one here. He installed our boiler system in 2015, and I have recently been having issues with the plumbing system he had no part in. I have been getting the run around from the plumber who installed the system by being told multiple factors led to the rupture of my pex plumbing system no fewer than 7 times in the last 2 years. Jason was not only willing to take my frustrated call but went out of his way to come to our house to help explain the issue causing the problem to the very plumber who put the system in 10 years prior. He helped us triage the problem, get outside counsel as to the likely cause and even showed up to the house to

So Innovative was great. Ther General Manager came out and did the estimate. He also showed up with the crew the day they were installing the AC unit at our house. The crew was very respectful and clean with the work spaces and cleaned up really well. I have to say the two that came and installed the unit at our house were very efficient and worked smart as I was doing stuff in the garage while they were working and they cut over boxes and didn't make messes. The electricians they had came in were super nice and were in and out. Over all they did a great job and were friendly people. They are fast at getting people out to work on your stuff. Easy to work with. I would hire them to do work again.

I used to love this company- we have used them 4 times, but this time the communication was severely lacking. The install was still good, but the office team was rude. After the job was done at a rental house we own I called to confirm they said they would call me back - three weeks passed no call. I finally got a bill in the mail which it said was past due and when I called to ask questions they said they would call me back; 3 weeks passed and no call. They finally called me back to which I let them know that I would need to confirm the work had been completed (as we all know contractors regularly lie) and needed to give my tenants 48 hour notification to enter. The day after they sent me a email demanding payment. While I still think the work is sufficient enough I will definitely get mu
