Sam the owner is a great guy to work with, and his worker Derek is prompt, speedy, and very efficient in completing the project. Not the first time using them and won't be the last. Oh, and he did come back to complete the facia on the side.

I am so grateful to have found Sam and his crew to build my new deck. I had a 600 sq ft cedar deck that was well past it's prime. Other bids I had were very high, and made me question the knowledge & expertise of the contractor. This was a huge project for me- financially, mentally, etc. It was daunting to think about and I wanted to make sure I had a licensed/bonded/insured contractor who knew deck construction like the back of their hand. Sam and his crew are those folks! Sam came up with a fantastic design that integrated a bit of old layout while integrating a new one on the upper part- just a perfect mix from a fresh set of eyes. It really helped me see this layout too- no other contractor offered to draw out design options. Sam had his foreman, Derek, come review the deck before demo

Sam and crew replaced my 500 sq foot deck with TimberTech Prime + decking and fascia/flush mount Aluminum railings with cable infill. They also installed new stairs coming off the deck. The stairs worked out perfectly, as did all of the work. Also, in an adjacent area, they installed new railings of the same style along the steep edge of an upper cement patio and down two sets of cement stairs descending from there. Sam and his crew (Joe and Jay primarily) were super easy to work with. They persevered thru freezing Dec/Jan weather to get the job done. They did fantastic work. They're good, trustworthy people. I'm super happy with how it worked out. I'll be even happier if and when it warms up above 42 deg and the sun is shining for more than two minutes once or twice a week. (March 21
