Everyone at this store is absolutely amazing, I know many people that will drive past other Lowe's and other home improvement stores just to come to this store because the staff is really wonderful and super helpful. .
Took forever to find someone to help me but finally found a group of employees having a meeting in the back and one younger guy turned around and told me where I could find the thermostats and at first I was alittle upset that he didn't actually come to show me because i was in a huge hurry, but the instructions were perfect so I found it very easy so it was ok that he didn't come.
Good place but customer service will sometimes really run away not to help you I like layout better than home depot BUT home depot will help you so I skip Lowe's
Tried to return a tool kit that I did not like and got a big hassle. I wish there was a rating smaller than 1 star.
Ther food is delicious and the people do their work a lady name Ginger did a very good job
