My new house has floors installed by IW, and we've been very disappointed. Pieces were installed with chips (stained over to hide them), several pieces have split (presumably because they weren't allowed to acclimate to the house before installation, or because they didn't wait for the house to come to equilibrium), and the wood itself is absurdly soft. Dropping a couple keys from 2 feet should not create a dent all the way past the stain.

As a contractor I go to (IW) installers warehouse a decent amount times a week. I've been around town & places. I will say without doubt IW is top of the range, greatest Flooring suppliers I've been to in YEARS! . Owner Craig and his hard working staff will blow you away with their professionalism and wide understand about hardwood flooring/etc. Id leave a 6 star if it was only possible!
