Learn from my mistake. Carefully read your contract. There is nothing in there that protects the customer. They stated 8 weeks until they could install. Then was called and told 12. It has been since February and never received my carport. Cancelled order because I just don’t need it and lost my deposit of close to $700. If you have nothing to sell then why are you taking peoples money. Horrible business. Buy from someone else.

INTEGRITY CARPORTS IS TERRIBLE! We ordered a building in December 2020, with the promise delivery/installation would be within 8-10 weeks. April 2021 we finally hear from them, to be told "We haven't forgotten about yall, there is a tubing shortage" , we understood. Now comes June 2021, we hear from them, to be told "Your order is in, we r just waiting on materials." July 2021 we called them, as we are well over the 8-10 week promise. The first lady I spoke too stated, "All your materials are here and ready to go out, but our installers are not wanting to show up to work" I nicely let her know that is not my problem, and asked to speak to a supervisor, she stated "We can not transfer you to a super or give you contact info for corporate, as this is personal information." For starters I had to wait 6 weeks for installation of a carport. Then the installers showed up with the wrong materials. Someone took it on their own to change the original order. Then I had to wait 4 more weeks for them to get back. I made several calls during that time and was told "They were putting me back on the map" Whatever that means??? Also I was told every time I called that someone would be calling me back. Didn't happen til the week before they showed up! Then the installer didn't understand how to build it off my roof line so he got smart with me about it so I told him to load up his stuff and leave! Every time I called during the 4 weeks I asked to speak to a manager to no avail but sure got to talk with one when I told that installer to hit the road! I did find out that the

I ordered and paid in full for a carport on September 4, 2020. They called my husband and stated they were 4-6 weeks out and scheduled for October 14th. They called on October 15th after not showing up and said installer had a death in family and they would call to reschedule. I tried to contact but no answer, so contacted where I purchased. She emailed them and they finally called back. Linda informed me that they "were" going to call and reschedule but installer took all the material when he left town. Wanted to schedule November 25th when we would be out of town for Thanksgiving, stated they only come to this area once a month. Then they said it would be December so I said refund my money. After talking to Kevin and Linda, I finally got a check 3 weeks later but it was 10% short

Paid the deposit January 2021 . Many calls and promises but nothing . Finally on January 23of 2022 , a year later they come erect the framework . Installer told me they never sent the trim. I've been calling them for 4 days and keep getting promised that they will let me know when he's coming back ?????!!!!!! Useless and terrible customer service .
