Terry and his crew have opened and closed our pool this past year and done a great job! Top notch and very professional! We decided to replace our pool liner and they did it all in one day! Very affordable and dependable! We have decided to have them do the weekly pool maintenance as well! Very satisfied with what we have seen so far! Thank you to the Integrity Team for your hard work installing the new pool liner! Looks beautiful! We highly recommend Integrity Pools!

I wish i.could say I had a wonderful.experience with Terry and his crew. They seemed nice. But when they came to open my pool, which unknown to me, had wrong sized piping. They left and didn't tell me they would not being handling it until I got in touch with them. Very unprofessional.

I texted my address to Terry. Scheduled a date, June 3rd, for them to do my pool. He texted and changed date to June 2nd. He never came so I called. He said it was too far out. Why did he schedule a date if it was too far out. And why didn't he call

Terry and Integrity are top notch. Before we began using Integrity we used an overpriced large pool company. Then we switched to a smaller pool service company that did not provide good customer service or pool care. Terry is honest, dependable and reasonably priced. He even helped us convert to a salt water pool system which has saved us money by eliminating pool chemicals. Great company!

Terry has the worst customer service. We were scheduled for a weekly service and never knew the timeframe they’d come around, never even left behind any sort of report. As brand new customers we called in to ask how things were going, what time of the day they were coming at, and the response was “if you don’t hear from us consider it a good thing”. Terry was quick to get angry, and jump off the job. Don’t ask questions and don’t call them in for anything or they’ll just drop you like the other post mentioned!
