I called Interstate Lock & Safe because the lock mechanism on my front door was not working properly. My real estate broker referred me to Shawn (the owner), because we are selling our home and potential buyers were unable to get in to see the property. I called Shawn at 9:00 a.m. sharp and he came right out fixed the problem. He was very helpful and explained to me what the issue was and explained what my repair options were.
