Have used Jim and company about 20+ years, always found him and crew to be mannerly and professional. They provide quality work for reasonable prices, perform quick and accurate diagnosis of the problem/s and give all options to fix or replace the problem - or extend life of the item if reasonable - and provide honest and open recommendations while being cost-conscious from the customer's perspective. They will work urgent problems into a full schedule, and call back when promised, and text to let me know when they'll arrive . . and they arrive on time. I recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repair or replacement, or a new system.

Mr. Chilton and Son were amazing to work with. They were very thorough in their inspection of our unit and were able to fix our AC. I appreciated all their advice on how to maximize the efficiently of our unit. Mr. Chilton even showed me how to clean the outside unit. I will be referring them to everyone. I’m one happy customer!
