I am the next door neighbor of a reviewer that "inherited" John as a service provider, and taking the recommendation for John's service was the best thing I could have done! What was originally scheduled to be a simple service appointment turned into a much bigger job of replacing the A/C unit because of my failures as a homeowner. John was extremely professional and very helpful to guide me through the process. John even went way above and beyond the call of duty to procure a new unit and install the same day right before a string of 90+ degree weather. All of that was done at a very reasonable cost, given the crazy supply chain problems.
