Our garage floor was extremely pitted. After receiving an unacceptable bid from a reputable contractor, we called J & I. Ivan was prompt in coming to give us a quote and explained everything we needed to know. The quoted price was less than half of what our other quote was. His work is very professional and our old pitted floor now looks brand new. My wife and I are pleasantly pleased with the work performed and with the price. I highly recommend J & I Floor Coating should you need that new floor look.

Terrible job, did not honor their work and after many chances for them to rectify their expensive job on our garage floor we are left with a discolored and deteriorating garage floor that would of looked better if they never would of touched it. Save your money, do not trust this company. Should be zero stars
