J T Hoover Concrete Contractor

They are contractor for Ryan Homes. They use poor quality mix. Driveway started to deteriorate after 4 months. Blamed freeze thaw, no accountability.

I had a very disappointing experience with JT Hoover Concrete from Bear, Delaware. They installed a concrete driveway at my brand-new home about a year ago. Within just four to five months of limited visits, we began to notice the driveway crumbling. When I reported this issue, K. Hovnanian told me they would look into it during the one-year check-up. However, when they did consult with the concrete company, instead of sending someone to inspect the damage, the company quickly blamed salt usage. When I clarified that I never used salt, they shifted their reasoning to street salt, which is not plausible considering my infrequent visits during winter. I don’t know who your driver was that decided they were going to cut in front of everybody waiting in line at the railroad tracks but that is super unprofessional specially, for somebody in a truck that is a billboard for your company

This morning I witnessed one of the drivers doing extreme aggressive driving today on 95N (exiting off 141N) where he forced 2 vehicles out of their lane then proceeded to give them foul hand gestures. Your trucks are too big for your drivers to be that careless and inconsiderate on a busy interstate. Shame on you. Not a good look or representation of your company

Never have experience with them as a contractor but the driver of the truck that I encountered was the most reckless truck driver that I have seen in my whole life whoever the person driving it thinks he is a sedan that likes to swerve a lot on traffic and using the truck to intimidate who is in front of the this driver almost caught the back of my car by tailgating so close to me so whoever you are good-luck to hope you wont find your match or maybe the police will get you caught i know the license plate of this truck so just watch out
