The best electrical company i have ever dealt with. They were punctual, very polite and informative and priced fair. Will use in the future definitely.

Called yesterday and they came today. Bad piece of u.g. they had to locate & repair. 2 young guys were very quick & knowledgeable Very courteous & polte. Have used the services twice & very well pleased.

JW Electric is a classic example of why you reserve the second half of payment until the work is verifiably complete. This company tried to leave me with an electrical service upgrade that could not be legally reconnected to the electrical grid. They told me the work needed to reconnect to the grid was not part of a service upgrade. As if reconnecting my home's electricity was an undisclosed upsell at a restaurant. After they sent me their final bill for the work they claimed was complete, it took an additional five months before they finally performed the work needed for the power company to connect.

I've worked with the company in the past but even then I have been patient with their responses. It's a hit or miss when calling trying to get someone on the phone. I had a scheduled appt. Did not get a coursty call the day prior. I called them the day prior to verify but no response. The day of they did call but I did not see the missed call nor did i get a call back... I called them the day of no response as usual and that is after I heard the voice-mail I called twice...not everyone likes to leave.a voicail also they have caller ID and miss calls themselves....I don't have issues with their work it's the customer service that sucks I will.not recommend nor used their services anymore... do better I will. Be using another service provider for my electrical issues from now on... get

They do really good work. However getting them to show up for the job is another matter. I have to reschedule three times due to failure to show up on time. The sad thing is, I live 10 minutes from their shop. Edit: I scheduled an appointment for 3pm. Guy shows up at 3:10 and at 3:40 says he has to leave in the middle of a job ... dental appointment. The receptionist said she "forgot". So I am waiting 2 hours for another worker to show up to finish the job. It's to the point of where I am ready to hire another electrician. Update: I hired another electrician and the job was finished in one day, showed up on time and actually solved a problem JW couldn't.
