Jackson Carpet Cleaning

I called 2 other local carpet cleaning companies before calling Jackson. I wasn’t even looking for a good price. I just wanted someone to show up! The first two didn’t even respond to my inquiries. One of the companies had done work for me before! I reached out to Jackson on a Saturday not expecting a callback on weekend. Yet, I did! They were hired! They showed up on time when they said they would be there. I was impressed. They did a very fine and thorough job and suggested a few ways to keep my area rug from damaging my hardwood floors. I was not there when they finished up. Yet my wife said they spent a lot more time cleaning the carpets than any other company we’ve had in the past. So we felt our investment was well worth every penny. Thank you guys.

Used Jackson Carpet Cleaning to clean my drapes and some oriental rugs I had. I called around to check 3 different places and Bob's price was half of the closest bid. He showed up the on time the next day and I couldn't have been happier with the results. You deal directly with the owner he gives you a fair price and He knows his stuff. Highly recommended

Bob and his helper came to our home twice. Once to do the upstairs carpeting and a few days later to do the vent system. They were great people top deal with....professional.....careful working around the house and they cleaned up. Good people. Give them a call.

Mr. Jackson did an excellent job cleaning our rug and for a very reasonable price. Our rug had an area I did not think could be fully cleaned. Mr. Jackson went beyond our expectations working on the rug and it came out very nice.

Company lacks manners and professionalism. Had a service van impatiently tailgating me. I pulled over to allow him to pass and he began tailgating the car that had been in front of me. The driver often veering into the oncoming lane until the driver finally passed on the double yellow and accelerated well above and beyond the speed limit. I called the company and was met with hello? Goodbye. I assume the person I reached was the same that was driving erratically. If someone is so impatient on the road, I don’t believe I want them in my home.
