Earlier this summer, I had a terrible experience with Jackson Heating & Cooling. The technician misdiagnosed my AC issue and promised to return and never did. When I followed up, he was rude and unprofessional and he yelled at me. This was after I already paid the service fee of course. He never fixed my issue and I went several days without AC during one of the hottest summers we've ever had. Luckily I was able to find a professional and competent HVAC company who properly diagnosed and fixed my issue. The guy over at Jackson Heating & Cooling is extremely unreliable, incompetent and DISRESPECTFUL. Would not recommend!

If I could give this contractor negative stars I would! Homeowners: check the reviews from these contractors that the warranty companies are sending out to your house. If you are assigned a contractor from this company please request a different contractor. Our AC (while running) leaks water into my dining room ceiling and adjacent walls. We have a bucket sitting below the ceiling to catch the water. This man came to my property after being assigned and spends 4 minutes looking at the AC unit. Not touching it, not even getting close to it…he stood 1 foot away and told me that the AC wasn’t leaking at the moment so he can’t see anything wrong with it. Doug is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, ignorant and should not be in business. Update: He finally called with an appointment. I cancelled with him and requested another company. Doug was charging an additional $650.00. for part. The other company (KTS) stated that I didn't need the parts that Doug ordered. I ended up paying $0.00. Not only is he a horrible business person but he'll also try and cheat you!! Please BEWARE!

Hired for a winter preseason inspection of my system. System was working before the inspection. After his inspection air was no longer blowing through the vents. Not only was my system broken after his inspection, the inspection was bare minimum. Just inspected the furnace. No cleaning, lubrication, inspection of thermostat, or inspection of filters.

They were extremely disrespectful. The man was yelling at my wife and I had tried staying calm and getting him to calm down but he just kept getting more and more angry then threatened to go in my house and rip the ac units out. Then once the altercation was over I paid them so they would just leave. About an hour or two later I realized that Freon was leaking from my roof 100% would not recommend them to my worst enemy
