It was working, but blowing out hot air due to not being connected properly by a previous tech...Chris was able to correct the problem within less than ten minutes!👏🏼 Chris was professional, thorough and efficient! Edited to say: I was notified by the owner and everything is going to be taken care of! Excellent customer service and prompt response!! Highly recommend !! They put in a new unit and thermostat and saved us from a miserable summer last year. Only thing is they never told us where the filter was located to change it out and when we called they said it was “probably” in the return vent but they never came in and put a filter in and our return has no filter. So for a year we’ve had no filter and don’t know where it is to put a filter.

Mike and his son replaced our AC unit and did a wonderful job. The customer service was awesome. They explained the process each step of the way and worked with us to complete the financing. We are very satisfied and highly recommend!

We have been in our newly built house just over a year and woke up this morning to our laundry room ceiling leaking due to what looks to be poor installation. There is also leakage from the same issue behind our electrical panel…. And they can’t get someone to come look at it until this afternoon!!
