Jacksonville Chimney Sweeps

We had a great experience with their cleaning and inspection service. They are an older couple who have been in this business for decades. Very friendly and reasonably priced. We will use them again in the future!

Super confused! Called and scheduled with a very sweet lady, gave me my estimate, and said thanks we'll call to confirm. Never called, never showed for appointment. I called several times a day for several days after that, no answer ever, not even a chance to leave a voicemail. Went and scheduled with another company who answers the phone. At least I didn't have to put down a deposit or anything but regardless, very disappointed.

Pete was great and extremely helpful. He drew diagrams in order to explain things to me and wasn't condescending in any way! He does pools to and even walked out to show me some things on my pool. Saved me money by helping me take care of some things before we had a big freeze that would have cause lots of damage to my pump! Great guy!

Amazing service! They went above and beyond to make sure that I understood what they were doing. They helped me with my chimney and my pool. And the price was the best in the area. Definitely choose them! I had bad experiences with everyone else except for them. They really know what theyre doing!

While the actual work was being done, we got a good tutorial on operational and safety matters. A good investment with good people. Will work with them next year...
