I am so pleased with the replacement of my heat pump and air exchanger by Jax Heating Contractors. Kevin gave me several options, explaining the benefits of each. The work was done professionally, and the technicians took special care to protect my property as they brought equipment in and out. Highly recommend!

Very fast turnaround time. The tech (Jeffrey Owens) arrived earlier than scheduled and notified us in advance of the change in times. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was patient when waiting for final approval to move forward with the work and waiting to gain entry to an office where that attic access was due to active sessions. Bill is an amazing technician! He took the time to show and explain what exactly was wrong with my hvac and walked me through the whole process and how to also do basic preventative maintenance like filter changes and keeping everything clean and tidy! Will def recommended and ask for him ever time!
