BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! This contractor(James) was hired to do my house and garage roofs. They mishandled the shingles by piling them up all on top of each other in which the shingles were laying sideways, upside down, twisted, and ect., instead of laying flat as shingle manufacture requires which could void the warranty. The shingles were installed incorrectly as well. Too many nails in some, not enough nails in others, 2-3 nails in one shot, nails removed and not cemented after removal, damaged shingles installed, shingles over lapping, and ect. Did not install new drip edge that insurance company required, and other items not installed as insurance required, even though he agreed to do everything on the estimate insurance company required.
