James is an exceedingly honest businessman. I called him for a second opinion after Capital Well told us we needed a new well. I doubted this to be the case—they just installed a new pump last summer and never mentioned our well was failing. Also, whenever we ran out of water after filling large animal troughs, it would silt out, and then be dry for no longer than 10 minutes before pressure was restored. After listening to our concerns on the phone and without ever actually seeing the well, James let me know that it sounded like we needed hydro fracking, not a whole new well. He referred us to Pete Dupere, also of Gilford, for this service. And boy was he right—we now have 20 gal/min in our old, relatively shallow well that was dug in the 70s.
