1 star. If that. Maybe educate your workers/company van drivers. It’s a state law to stop at cross walks. I will never use this company just for this reason! Your employees can’t even meet basic requirements to drive a vehicle. Have a terrible day!

I heard their add on the radio and thought I’d take a chance. The girl at the desk was so friendly and the technician Tom came and fixed my AC at such a reasonable price. Usually I don’t have much luck when I need a repair. I give them 10 Stars. Thank you.

If you’re into companies that show up, break your dairy cooler, snap a bunch of photos like they’re on a field trip, and then vanish the moment there’s a problem—Laconia Refrigeration is your dream team. After they broke the cooler and cost us $1,100.00 in lost product, we reached out multiple times to resolve it like professionals. Crickets. No reply—just a nice surprise from collections. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. Avoid them unless you’re into paying for other people’s mistakes.

Have had service work done by this company before with no issues. This time I have called 4 times over the past 3 weeks to make an appt and I keep getting told they will call me back, which the call never comes. Very poor customer service. It doesn't make any sense as to why it should take more than 1 call to make an appt. Will never recommend to anyone

these guys are rock stars...very professional and highly technically competent. i have had 2 other "Big" fuel delivery companies look at problems and after calling in at least 1 if not 2 other guys it seems like a "best guess" as to the problem. Laconia Refrigeration expertly diagnoses the problem the first time...correctly...fairly priced...and quickly. cant say enough about these guys...
