I don’t even know where to begin! Asked for deep cleaning top to bottom … absolutely would not recommend… water stains on the ice maker on fridge .. no big deal right? Gets better … hardwood floor 6 inch scratch from them … still dust spots in corners of room … I ended up vacuuming the rooms over again .. the rug in the living wasn’t even vacuumed still had popcorn on it from the night before .. the open end table still has dust and dirt never cleaned … dust cob webs in the bathroom in 2 areas … floor looked amazing hardwood all over until I noticed water mark on the floor from the plant … never cleaned … never moved for cleaning … “top to bottom” JOKE ! I have been a customer of L&R now for our 4th summer. I use their cleaning services for our condo at Samoset in Gilford,NH. I’ve had deep cleanings at the beginning and end of the summer rental season. As well as weekly turn over cleanings during our rental months in July & August. Every guest has consistently commented on how clean our condo is on their arrival. Making for happy renters and satisfied owners. Looking forward to our 5th season summer of 2022 using L&R Staff for our cleaning needs for our condo.

I am a professional Property Manager and I reached out to their company to clean 2 vacant apartments. Cleaners showed up looking unprofessional, did a very poor job, left without telling anyone, did not clean the second apartment, Owner did not respond to my request for an explanation. Very bad business ethics, poor workmanship, would not recommend.

Sandra and her crew are amazing. Our house literally sparkles. Communication was excellent and thorough. She even worked us in last minute. Great honest team.
