James Lund Backflow Testing

Fantastic service! The office helped me in a pinch when SCWA shut the water off because we forgot to have the backflow test done (covid times). The office was able to reach out to SCWA and let them know we made an appointment and get SCWA put the water back on. On the scheduled appointment day the technician arrived, did his job quickly and efficiently. Lund is awesome!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Just tried to schedule services but the person who answered the phone was not only incredibly rude but also hung up and refused to answer when I call back. I hope this isn't how the owner operates and runs their business cause this is atrocious.

Great Company, Rose who sets up the appointments is very sweet. Highly recommend.
