We've had recurring issues with our aging tankless hot-water heater, and Carlos has done a lot of work to keep it going longer. He clearly knows what he's doing and has always provided excellent customer service. James in general has been easy to get ahold of and quick to send help when we need it. Highly recommend this company!

The worker from James Plumbing was very nice. He spoke to me in terms I understood and explained the problem well. He also offered suggestions on how to prevent in the future. When there was a problem that came up right after he left, he came back quickly and resolved it early the next morning after trying to help me over video call. I was very grateful for the time he took to explain everything, and made sure my family had hot water.

Daniel as the tech is the best I’ve ever used for clean outs. He really knows his trade. And the office staff, namely Gabriella, is very responsive and thoughtful in providing the services. I recommend this company as one of the best in Santa Fe.

We had a well pump go out on New Years Eve and made a mess of our hot water and heating. The filters and system were a mess. Carlos came and cleaned out the system and replaced all the filters. He even fixed out hot water. I would recommend Jame’s Plumbing. Carlos showed up on time, was very friendly and helpful and got the job done.
