Nothing is more stressful then dealing with an incident out of your control. In the middle of our first summer season we had a car crash thru our office at our distillery in Petoskey. This was my first time ever dealing with an insurance adjuster and company and needless to say I was stressed out. Luckily for me Jarvis just moved in down the street and saved us. Bill Jarvis and his team were here in an instant and made our place look good as new, but that’s now why I would recommend them. I would recommend them for their know how and experience with dealing with an insurance company. The insurance company was barely willining to cover our cost and the Jarvis team fought for us to make sure that the work was done and paid for. I am very disappointed today. As a company that has been advertising sanitation and helping clean essential worker vehicles during this pandemic, my support for Jarvis grew until one of the employees came to an essential workplace without a mask today. When I asked to please consider a mask, I was met with a fierce scowl. If you are going to set an example for our community, please follow the example you are asking your staff and others to do if you really do care about us.

Highly displeased with Jarvis. We've been working on a kitchen restoration for nearly 8 months now. Our contact at the company continually drops the ball in terms of doing the things he says he will do. Twice, including what was supposed to be our first meeting, I took PTO to stay home to meet with him only to have him not show up. By his own admission, he hadn't remembered. Every time he does come, there are a million excuses/reasons why something hasn't been finished yet. He'll say "Oh, I'm going to call 'Flooring Contractor' later today to see when he can come out here." And a few days will pass and I have to text and see what happened with the conversation. To which he'll reply "Oh, I haven't reached out yet, I'll give them a call and see what they say." He writes nothing down, and th
